    Is there a free version?
    There's a 7-day free trial on either plan. Faron is built for lifters who want a tool that does real work, so after the trial it's a paid subscription — no ads, no data selling, no watered-down free tier.
    What exactly is progressive overload?
    It's the principle that muscles adapt only when you gradually demand more of them — more reps, then more weight. Most apps leave the math to you. Faron automates it: reps climb first, weight bumps on your overload day, capped to one extra bump per week off-day.
    Does my data stay on my device?
    Yes. Every workout, weight entry and meal is written to local storage on your phone. There's no cloud sync and no account database in the cloud. Network calls are limited to analytics, the AI coach, and the App Store.
    Can I cancel anytime?
    Anytime, through your Apple subscription settings. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Monthly and yearly are mutually exclusive and managed entirely by the App Store.
    Will Faron work with my home gym setup?
    Yes. Log any exercise across Smith machine, machine, dumbbell, barbell or cable variations. The overload engine works the same whether you're under a commercial rack or a garage barbell.
